What began as a closely held blend in Sundaramma's kitchen has travelled through four generations— each hand passing the same proportions, the same patience, and the same uncompromising standard to the next. That lineage is our 250-year secret: not a single shortcut, only time-honoured South Indian craft.
Our mission is simple and urgent: to push back against chemical-laden, artificially coloured spices and bring households back to the clarity of traditional cooking — where flavour comes from the seed, the roast, and the grind, not from a lab.

With over 4 decades (40 years) of presence in Bengaluru's catering world, Ramesh is a name people associate with depth of flavour and unwavering authenticity. In 2010, he opened the family treasure to the city — founding Ojas Spices to serve homes and neighbourhoods around Bengaluru with the same blends once reserved for their own table.
